CIL Historic Data Upload

Our Data Officers can quickly, accurately and consistently upload your historic CIL records for mayoral and / or local charging schedules into your Exacom live system, leaving you fully prepared for monitoring and reporting.

The standard upload includes the input of CIL data including liable parties, commencement date, form receipt dates, calculation data (total floorspace, existing use and demolition), relief, surcharges, neighbourhood zone etc – as well as the creation of dummy Liability and Demand Notices and Acknowledgements as required by the system workflow.

Optional services, such as receipts and spends upload, document redaction, data research and the upload of historic forms and notices to the Document Managing System, can also be added on to the standard package if required.

Ideal for new software clients, Councils intending to use the Exacom Public Facing Module and anyone wanting to be fully prepared for the comprehensive reporting requirements of the new Annual Infrastructure Funding Statements.
