S106 Bureau
The S106 Bureau is an innovative new service developed by Obligations Office to assist Councils in maintaining accurate, consistent and up to date S106 records on the Exacom system in preparation for the production of the Annual Infrastructure Funding statement.
For a fixed annual fee, our experienced Data Officers will upload your new S106 Agreements, Deeds of Variation, Supplemental Agreements and Unilateral Undertakings and associated covenants to your Exacom live system as they complete – freeing up your S106 Officer from a time consuming admin task and ensuring that your S106 records are properly and consistently maintained.
Extended services such as affordable housing data upload and document redaction can also be added on to the basic package to keep your Exacom system completely up to date for both Public Facing Module use and statutory reporting on obligations.
As your deeds complete, all you need to do is e-mail the pdf document through to a dedicated S106 Bureau e-mail address. The deeds will be uploaded to your Exacom live system within three to ten working days (depending on the length and complexity of the document) and confirmation of successful completion sent to your S106 Officer.
We can also upload receipt and spend data in real time on your behalf if required, subject to a mutually acceptable protocol being agreed with your Finance Team.
We are the only company licensed by Exacom for secure third party access to their software, meaning that our staff can work directly and securely on your live system without needing to log on through your corporate servers or have a ‘.gov’ e-mail address.
S106 Bureau is particularly recommended for Planning Obligations teams facing challenging workloads or coping with staff vacancies.
